President Trump’s top advisers mock the president behind his back, former White House national security advisor John Bolton writes in his new book.
In one instance during the president’s 2018 meeting with Kim Jong Un in Singapore, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo passed Bolton a note saying Trump was “so full of s–t,” The New York Times reported Wednesday, citing Bolton’s memoir.
The book, “In The Room Where It Happened: A White House Memoir,” is set to be released on June 23, but it is currently hung up in a legal battle with the Trump administration.
